a perfect HelpDesk application in line with ITIL .
We came up with this idea as we where involved in evaluation
of a HelpDesk solution for a big company. We thought, that nothing
was realy fitting the requirements nor the usability.
We are currently in charge with a consulting company about this - but CreaHelpDesk
still is a vision.
